Speaking with Ross and Russ, Nathaniel’s mother, Grace, said bus company Ventura has not assisted with remedying the situation.
When contacted by Grace, Ventura claimed that the busses sensors are intact, offering no explanation for the driver not seeing Nathaniel.
“We’re very, very thankful that Nathaniel is physically unhurt, it’s a miracle, but he’s traumatized and he has anxiety travelling on the buses alone” Grace said.
