Heartless thieves destroy four charity soup vans
Heartless thieves have destroyed four soup vans used by St Vincent De Paul volunteers in Melbourne.
The Rumour File was tipped off to the cruel act on Tuesday morning.
The vehicles, which are used to transport meals to the needy, were stripped of critical parts on Maribyrnong on Sunday night, rendering them undriveable.
St Vincent De Paul expects its soup kitchens operations to be cut by 30 to 40 per cent as a result.
