Heartless thieves steal 75 bronze plaques dedicated to children at memorial park in Melbourne’s west

Hobson Bay Crime Investigation Unit detectives are appealing for witnesses after heartless thieves stole 75 memorial plaques at Altona North.
Victoria Police spokesperson Caitlin Knight says the alleged theft took place sometime between Tuesday March 12, and Wednesday March 13 at the Altona Memorial Park on Doherty’s road.
“The bronze plaques were erected in memory of children by their families in the Garden of Little Angels,” she told Ross and Russ.
