Heritier Lumumba levels more explosive allegations at Collingwood
Heritier Lumumba has levelled more damning allegations at the Collingwood Football Club.
The long-running dispute between the Magpies and the premiership player has take another turn, with the Herald Sun revealing details of a dossier Lumumba planned on giving the Pies after an independent review found the club guilty of systematic racism.
It’s alleged in the documents former Collingwood chief Gary Pert, who is now in charge of Melbourne, made ‘sexually inappropriate’ comments in front of players in 2011.
Lumumba also accused an assistant to ex-coach Nathan Buckley of showing the playing group a pornographic image to explain team rules.
He says Buckley became “paranoid” about his presence at the club.
Lumumba last week revealed he had withdrawn from formal talks with the club, saying the Pies “cannot be trusted to pursue genuine reconciliation with its past”.
