‘He’s done this before’: Cindy McLeish demands Dan Andrews apologise for inappropriate comments

Shadow minister for women Cindy McLeish has asked Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews to apologise after he called her a half-wit grub in Parliament earlier today.

Ms McLeish told Tom Elliott the premier should know better but has done this in the past to other MPs.

“Initially I was really surprised, but then I thought, ‘I shouldn’t be – The premier has form, he’s done this before,'” she said.

He has since withdrawn the comments.
