An Italian art historian has claimed to have revealed the location of a stone bridge in the background of the Mona Lisa.

Silvano Vinceti identified the bridge as the Romito di Laterina bridge located in the Tuscany region of central Italy.

Art historian at the University of Melbourne professor Christopher Marshall told Ross and Russ “it’s a good little discovery”.
