Houses of the future will have drone landing pads and smart bathrooms

With the technology developing so quickly, smart houses are set to become more common and tech-savvy. 

Steve Sammartino, author and futurist, told 3AW Drive we are already in the midst of developments such as ‘drone landing pads’ and ‘smart bathrooms.’  

‘They are already planning it (drone landing pad) in Melbourne, on some of our apartment buildings,’ Steve told Tom Elliott.

‘Your bathroom will become your health partner.’

Steve says there is a risk you will need to constantly update your home. 

‘Technology becomes outdated very quickly, but that’s where new employment comes from.
