How a trip to the footy booked Mark a date in the County Court

What a yarn!

Mark had Ross and Russel captivated on Monday morning with a story about getting arrested at Moorabbin Oval 30-odd years ago after he took a football Stewart Loewe had kicked a goal with against Brisbane.

It came about after a fan met Lance Franklin on Monday after returning the footy Buddy booted his 1000th goal with on Friday night.

The fan got a signed jumper and footy boots, along with a couple of other mementos.

Mark didn’t get the same treatment!

“I was arrested by the coppers and ended up in the Country Court and it cost me thousands – but this bloke is getting showered with gifts!? Bloody hell,” he said.
