It’s no secret customers have got more aggressive and abusive in recent years, but a new study has been made public after the issue forensically.
“We certainly saw it spike during the pandemic, but what we’ve found is that there really wasn’t a good measure of the types of aggression that were being played out in those service settings and what was the impact of that aggression,” Professor Gary Mortimer told 3AW Mornings.
