How body odour could help fight anxiety
Smelling other people’s body odour could help reduce anxiety, new research has found.
Swedish researchers exposed 48 women with social anxiety to body odour samples along with mindfulness therapy.
“Exposing people to body odours while they were doing this treatment makes it even more effective,” Vladimir Carli from the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm told Ross and Russel.
