‘How dumb is that?’: The tax which Tom Elliott thinks is ‘ill-thought-out’ and ‘stupid’

Just days after criticising the emergency services levy, Tom Elliott has highlighted another example of an “ill-thought-out” and “stupid” tax here in Victoria.

CFA firefighters and volunteers have descended on Parliament House today to protest the new levy, but the 3AW Mornings host honed in on the congestion levy impacting Melburnians in particular.

“It’s just an example of a tax which is really, really dumb,” Elliott said.
