Research has recently shown immersing yourself in nature could help be the key to a better night’s sleep.

Associate Professor, Sleep Disorders and Respiratory Physician Eli Dabscheck says viewing or visiting nature can “lift your mood”, impacting your sleep cycle.

“If we think about someone who’s not sleeping and you tell them go for a walk in the park,  take a walk by the beach that can only do good,” Dabscheck told 3AW Breakfast.
