How growing pothole problem in Victoria can be fixed

Shadow Roads and Safety Minister Danny O’Brien is calling for urgent action to help fix potholes on roads in Victoria.

The stae has been hit with a spate of wet weather over the festive period, widening potholes which are popping up on major roads.

Mr O’Brien says more money needs to be allocated by the state government to help fix the growing issue.

“We’ve provided no money to our local councils to help them fix up their potholes post the floods (in regional Victoria),” he told Nick McCallum on 3AW Drive.
