‘How is this humanly possible?’: The land tax increase that astonished Jacqui Felgate

Jacqui Felgate has shed light on a huge land tax increase that caused a popular bayside hotel to shut its doors.

The 3AW Drive host spoke about the Brighton Savoy Hotel, which had been running for over 50 years, before crippling land tax forced its closure and left 80 people without a job.

“How is this humanly possible?” Felgate said.
