How Jess Wilson is preparing to make history at state election

State Liberal Party leader Jess Wilson could become the first millennial premier in Victoria if she is elected premier in November.

The 36-year-old member for Kew told 3AW Mornings host Tom Elliott that she was determined to form a majority government.
