Victorian households are expected to see their energy bills skyrocket by 25 per cent in the next financial year.

Households on basic energy deals will see their bills increase by an average of $352.

Chief executive officer, CitiPower and Powercor, United Energy, Tim Rourke, says bills “will go up a dollar a day”.
