Bosses could face penalties for contacting workers outside of normal hours under new laws being discussed.

Australian Council of Trade Unions (ACTU) President Michele O’Neil says as technology has changed, the way employers treat employees also has to shift.

“This is about trying to keep up with technology and how it’s impacted our lives,” she told Tom Elliott on 3AW Mornings.
