How to avoid your packages being lost in transit or not delivered at all

Increasing pressure on delivery drivers in the lead-up to Christmas is likely the reason many packages aren’t being delivered.

Tom Elliott listed three recent examples he knew of where an online order wasn’t delivered, despite the address being manned 24 hours a day.

Gary Mortimer, Professor of Marketing and Consumer Behaviour at Queensland University of Technology, said there was a number of factors at play.

He issued some advice on how to increase your chances of having your order delivered.
