The number one concern? How to cater for different dietary requests and requirements.
Whether it’s a fussy eater, somebody on a diet, or somebody with a genuine allergy, it is becoming increasingly difficult to cook for others.
Caroline Taylor, Creative Food Consultant, told Tom Elliott it was always wise to keep it simple.
“I find the more you give people the opportunity to tell you what’s wrong with them, the more they’re going to take that opportunity to tell you and not fit in with what’s going on,” she said.
“I’ve been Keto since March, but I would never expect somebody to cater for me.”
Ms Taylor said there was an important thing to remember.
“You are getting together because you want to see each other,” she said.
