Well, a leading doctor says a big reason for regular disappointment is because we are leaving out one important body part in the weight-loss process: The brain.

‘When only eat when they’re physically hungry, they eat 30 per cent less,’ she told Peter and Kate on 3AW Breakfast.

‘Secondly … we don’t overeat because something tastes too good; we overeat because we’re not tasting it fully.’
