Huge stash of weapons and drugs seized from Edithvale home

A huge stash of weapons – including guns, crossbows and a hand grenade – has been found at a home in Melbourne’s south east.

Detectives swooped on the Edithvale property around 6pm on Tuesday.

They also seized drugs.

Three people were arrested.

A man, 52, is facing weapons and drugs charges, while a 50-year-old woman has been charged with drug possession.

A third person was released without charge.
