Hugh Bowman: Page 2 in Dunedoo

Hugh Bowman comes from a town of 850 people, where his parents still live.

And yet his victory in one of Australia’s richest horse races, the Cox Plate, on Saturday appears unlikely to be front page news in the local newspaper.

That’s because that town is Dunedoo, famous for being the place Gino and Mark Stocco were finally arrested.
