Hunt for white SUV after serious Epping hit-run

Police are calling for witnesses to come forward after a serious hit-run collision at Epping on Tuesday afternoon.

Investigators have been told a motorcycle and a white SUV collided on Cooper Street about 5:37pm.

The collision left the rider, a man in his 20s, with injuries which required treatment at hospital.

The SUV did not stop and the driver is yet to be identified.
