“I went off”: Fired-up Karl explains motive for paparazzi outburst

TV star Karl Stefanovic says he’s “had enough” of his life being scrutinised to within in an inch, revealing he “went off” at paparazzi photographers at the weekend.

Stefanovic told Neil Mitchell he was in his car with his children when they noticed they were being followed.

He said his kids pleaded with him to make them stop.

“I got out of the car and went off,” Stefanovic said on 3AW.

“I don’t normally do that because it’s not cool and can often feed into a greater problem.

“But I’d had enough. I have had enough.

“I don’t understand the interest.

“I don’t think people at home care.

“It’s just ridiculous to me.”
