Ian Bish, 84, celebrates his ’21st’ birthday

Ian Bish celebrated his 21st birthday today.

Well, sort of.

Mr Bish actually turned 84, but is a leap-year baby.

He only celebrates his ‘actual’ birthday, on February 29, every four years.

And that’s exactly what he did in Charlton today.

‘I wish I felt 21,’ he told Tom Elliott with a laugh.
