‘I’m gonna rape ya’ | Woman shares shocking story with Tom Elliott

A woman who was threatened with rape by a man in Brunswick East has shared her horrifying story with Tom Elliott.

Britt was waiting for a friend at the corner of Lygon and Luscombe streets on Tuesday night when the man approached her.

“He was swearing and yelling – you ****ing women, out here on your phones – I’m gonna rape ya,” she said.

“I went into a state of shock.”

A passerby managed to scare the man off.
