Tom Elliott has shed light on the “utterly terrible” experience he’s had with insurance company CGU.
The 3AW Mornings host stated their customer service used to be good, but since they were taken over by Insurance Australia Group, their service has become “immeasurably far worse”.
“I’m p**sed off with them,” he said.
