‘Incredibly frustrating’: 13Cabs provides update on technical issues

The head of public affairs at 13 Cabs has provided an update on outages with their dispatch system.

David Samuel says it’s been incredibly frustrating for the company.

“It’s important to make the point, if they want to get a cab on the street or at a taxi rank, they can still do that,” he told Tom Elliott.
