Indigenous communities upset the government won’t ban climbing Uluru
The Indigenous community of the Northern Territory is upset that the Turnbull Government won’t ban climbing Uluru.
Traditional owner Vincent Forrester told Tony Jones it reflects the government’s attitude toward Aboriginal people.
‘Uluru is the most sacred of sacreds,’ Mr Forrester said.
‘You don’t go climbing cathedrals in Melbourne, do you?’
