Insurance companies push back age of ‘adult’ dependents on family policies
Medibank and AHM have announced they’re lifting the age of adult “dependents” on private health insurance policies from 25 to 31.
It comes on the back of rising cost of living pressures and an increase in young adults living at home.
“Many adult milestones are being pushed back,” Mark McCrindle, Social Researcher and Demographer at McCrindle Research, told Tom Elliott on 3AW Drive.
