Investigation intensifies after man shot dead in Mickleham

CCTV footage has been released as part of the investigation into the fatal shooting of a 22-year-old man in Mickleham earlier this year.
Korey Kesici was shot multiple times outside his home on Bangalore Way on May 5.

At about 11pm on May 4, a stolen red Holden Commodore ute with false number plates performed a petrol drive off at a Thomastown petrol station. Half an hour later the same vehicle was seen travelling in convoy with a white BMW on Donnybrook Road.
Just after midnight, Mr Kesici left his home to speak to a man in the white BMW parked in the street and was shot multiple times.
The white BMW was found alight a short time later and the red Holden was found alight the following day.
It’s believed Mr Kesici had underworld connections.
