Is this woman’s tattoo breaking the law? Ross and John find out

A woman has been spotted on a Melbourne train with a swastika hand tattoo, wearing a swastika t-shirt.

That led Ross and John to ask the question, is she breaking the law?

Rob Stary, Criminal Lawyer from Stary Norton Halphen, told 3AW Breakfast he doesn’t believe the woman is breaking the law.

“You’d need someone to make a complaint, then the police will have to investigate,” he told Ross and John.

“I would certainly defend it if the person came to me.”
