Shane McInnes’ recent experience in Geelong has led him to call out one of the main streets in Victoria’s second biggest city.

It came after the news that a three-week police blitz has been launched to tackle crime on Chapel Street.

“I wouldn’t have wanted to get out of the car if I’m brutally honest,” the 3AW host said.

“It belongs somewhere in the Bronx or downtown Detroit, it is awful.”
