It started with an egging: 10 arrests over Halloween crime spree

The spree started with an egging in Hampton Park and escalated quickly.

They then threatened a woman with a machete and stole her car in Patterson Lakes.
Police yesterday raided 11 properties across Melbourne’s south-east, including Narre Warren, Narre Warren South, Cranbourne North, Hampton Park and Elwood.
Four of the 10 people arrested have been charged aged between.
The rest, including a 14-year-old, were released pending summons.
