It’s a bad look! The rogue apostrophe on Melbourne Airport signs

A rogue apostrophe has made an appearance on a Melbourne Airport sign, much to the frustration of the writer who spotted it!

Adam Shand, a crime reporter, spotted the signs on the weekend calling it a “breakdown in basic spelling”.

He told Tom Elliott it was a mystery how the glaring error wasn’t spotted before the sign was displayed publicly.

“I just wonder how it got through so many hands (without being corrected),” he said.

“It’s all there to be corrected and no one was there to see it.”

Melbourne Airport has told 3AW the sign in question will be fixed tomorrow morning.
