‘It’s a mess’: Neil Mitchell questions whether Airbnbs are destroying the rental market

Neil Mitchell has questioned whether Airbnbs are destroying the rental market on 3AW Drive this afternoon.

It comes after lobby group called the Grounded Community Land Trust Advocacy conducted a survey on close to 12,000 short-term rentals such as Airbnbs, reporting today they get 81 percent better return than long-term rentals.

“It’s a mess,” the former 3AW Mornings host told Jacqui Felgate.
