‘It’s a real shame’: Mark Nicholas reacts to washed out Test as Australia retain Ashes

English cricket commentator Mark Nicholas has reacted to Australia retaining the Ashes after the fourth Test at Old Trafford was washed out on the final day.

He said it was a “real shame” the way events panned out, not because of personal interest, but because of the spectacle of a fifth test in London with the series tied 2-2.
