‘It’s a stunt’: Law expert on Labor’s working from home proposal

An employment law expert has slammed the Allan government’s “ill thought through” working from home proposal. 

It comes after Premier Jacinta Allan last week announced a plan to legislate Victorians’ right to flexible work.

“It’s a stunt, because no one could seriously think that legislation enacted in these terms would survive a constitutional challenge,” Ian Neil SC said on 3AW Drive.
