As more Australians turn their homes into permanent workplaces, new legislation has been proposed to enshrine working from home as a human right. 

But leading employment and industrial law barrister Ian Neil SC isn’t convinced. 

Speaking with Tom Elliott on 3AW Mornings, Mr Neil called the proposal  “a stunt” that hasn’t been “properly thought out”.
