‘It’s all happening’: Chaos in Wantirna South as man runs away from scene after smashing into parked car

A man has fled on foot after allegedly crashing a car into another vehicle parked on the side of a road in Wantirna South.

Caller Kate, who witnessed the incident while working from home, told Jacqui Felgate the alleged offender started running down the street in an attempt to escape.

“I just heard a big bang outside,”
