A new campaign has been launched today with the aim to stamp out violence and hostility against bottle shop staff.

Retail Drinks Australia has teamed up with liquor chains across the country to launch the “Safe to Serve” initiative, and CEO Michael Waters says the campaign is not just targeting crime in liquor stores.

“It’s not a retail liquor crime issue, it’s an all of retail crime issue,” Mr Waters told 3AW Breakfast.
