Sly of the Underworld has given his idea to help fix the “fundamental problems” with law and order in Victoria.

It comes as acting Chief Commissioner of Victoria Police, Rick Nugent, starts his new job this morning following Shane Patton’s resignation on the weekend.

“It’s a great opportunity for the government to use juvenile crime as a way of experimenting with the proper system,” Sly said on 3AW Breakfast.
