‘It’s really positive right now’: Star Richmond forward provides update on foot injury

Richmond forward Tom Lynch remains “really positive” about his recovery from a troublesome foot injury.

The 31-year-old played just four games in 2023 as a result of the setback, admitting the recovery time has been slower than he would’ve liked but said he was hoping to resume running in the coming weeks.

“It’s clearly been a slow build up and I’m not running yet,” he told Sam McClure and Matthew Lloyd on Wide World of Sports.
