‘I’ve lost my brother’: Christchurch victim speaks with Neil Mitchell from hospital

A Christchurch man who says he was the last person to emerge alive from one of the attacked mosques has spoken to Neil Mitchell from hospital.

“I’m OK, but I’ve lost my brother,” Ramzan Ali told 3AW.

“It’s still not confirmed if he’s dead or not.

“I’ve seen the social media thing and it shows he’s been shot a close range.”
