Jacinta Allan’s ‘substantial backdown’ on bail as new youth justice reforms are announced

Victorian Premier Jacinta Allan has announced a range of new reforms in relation to the youth justice bill.

3AW broadcaster and Nine News reporter, Heidi Murphy, was at the state government youth justice law reform press conference and told Tom Elliott “she’ll come under a fair bit of fire” within her party.

“It’s a really big U-turn on bail,” Murpy said on 3AW Mornings.
