Jack Silvagni to wear No.2 at Carlton, says Ross Stevenson

Jack Silvagni won’t wear the jumper made famous by his father and grandfather at Carlton, says Ross Stevenson.

The 3AW Breakfast host revealed the father-son recruit would take the No.2 guernsey next season.

Dad Stephen and grandfather Serge both wore No.1 during their famous careers with the Blues.

No.2 was vacated over the summer by Troy Menzel, who was traded to Adelaide.

Andrew Walker currently wears No.1 for the Blues.
