Jacqui Felgate thinks current ‘revolving door’ youth crime system must be changed
19 year-old motorcyclist Davide Pollina died in Preston after being hit by an allegedly stolen BMW with two teenagers inside.
The 16 year-old passenger was arrested and later released on bail with officers searching for the driver of the vehicle.
Jacqui Felgate spoke about the current youth crime system and said the “revolving door” is not helping with the crisis is facing.
“The system we have in place isn’t working,” Felgate said on 3AW Drive.
