Jacqui Felgate has shed light on two examples highlighting Victoria’s unfolding crime “emergency”.

Victoria Police have confirmed three offenders broke into a Black Rock home at around 5am on Tuesday morning, stealing car keys and a wallet, before fleeing in two getaway cars.

Adele, who was a victim of the aggravated burglary, has called on Premier Jacinta Allan to do something to fix the crisis.

“It was a traumatic start to the day,” she told 3AW Drive.

“I worry about how the kids are going to feel when they come out of school.”
