Jacqui Felgate urges Liberals to get their ‘house in order’ after ex-party leader’s ‘assertive women’ comments

Former Victorian Treasurer Alan Stockdale addressed a NSW Women’s Liberal council meeting and made comments about women in the party being “sufficiently assertive”.

3AW Drive host Jacqui Felgate reacted to the “exasperating” comments made by Mr Stockdale, and has urged the Liberal Party to get their “house in order”.

“It is not 1950 anymore, this is why the party is in dire trouble,” Felgate said.
