Jacqui Felgate’s fury after breastfeeding mother kicked out of airline lounge

A breastfeeding mother has expressed her fury after claiming she was kicked out of a lounge at Melbourne Airport.

Doctor and mother of twins, Dr Elise Turner, says she couldn’t believe what took place after she started pumping under her shirt on Monday.

Jacqui Felgate called on airlines to “do better” and uphold better modern standards.

“It actually is disgusting,” she said on 3AW Drive.

“Virgin (Australia) do better.”

The airline stated in a release to 3AW that it was “very sorry” the incident occurred.
